As the Sales Head/Director with Techstalwarts, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the sales department to drive revenue growth, meet sales targets, and expand the customer base. Roles and responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, expand market share, and maximize profitability.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends, staying updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other departments to ensure effective sales campaigns, product launches, and customer support.
  • Set sales targets, monitor progress, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and ensure excellent post-sales support and account management.

Skills and qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the IT industry, with demonstrated achievements in revenue growth and team management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, including products, services, market trends, and customer requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics, budgets, and profitability.
  • Experience in managing key client accounts and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Proficiency in software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and team coordination.
